Do you offer Childcare while I'm in Class?

At this time, our studios do not provide childcare for members.

What is the minimum age to take classes?

The minimum age to attend class is 13 years old. Kids ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to first class.

When are you open?

Our gym is open Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 10 PM, and on weekends from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes, we offer personal training sessions with certified trainers. You can book sessions individually or as part of a package.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer various membership options, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. We also have special rates for students, seniors, and families.

Are there any additional fees besides the membership cost?

There are no hidden fees. However, additional services such as personal training and specialized classes may have separate fees.
