I have always loved to exercise but lost the enthusiasm to do so being older and overwheight. It hurt to work out at the level of intesnsity needed to lose that mch weight.

What kind of exercise is kickboxing?

It is a full body cardio and strength building focused exercise that leaves you stronger and more confident.

When are you open?

Our gym is open Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 10 PM, and on weekends from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Do you offer strength training?

Yes, we offer strength and resistance training through our small group training program along with individual-based nutrition programs and workout tracking summaries.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer various membership options, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. We also have special rates for students, seniors, and families.

Are there any additional fees besides the membership cost?

There are no hidden fees. However, additional services such as personal training and specialized classes may have separate fees.
